Etiquette for Undergraduates and College Graduates

Best Foot Forward After College

According to a recent survey published by Adecco, a global human resources consulting company, poor interviewing skills may be influencing the opinions of those hiring managers who responded to the survey. Thirty-four percent of respondents said an inability to clearly answer questions and articulate skills are common reasons why millennials don't land positions.

How do you make yourself stand out? Bring your “soft skills”, the less-tangible qualities that are often associated with one’s personality. Qualities like work ethic, dependability, attitude, and confidence round out the interview package. Etiquette Equation will help you hone these skills.

Job Search, Alumni Networks, Career Fairs, Internships, Resumes, Interviewing, Soft Skills, Professional Attire, Communication, Social Media, Creating Your Brand, and Networking are some of the topics Etiquette Equation covers for the college graduate about to enter the workforce. Workshops for groups of eight or more people, 1-1.5 hours in length, and topics are customized based on the needs of the group.
